Where does Aquascutum deliver?

 

We currently deliver to the following international countries: United Kingdom (including Channel Islands), Ireland, EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden) Canada, and the United States of America. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the near future but presently we cannot ship to any countries not on this list.

 

How do I qualify for the free delivery offer?

We offer free next day delivery to all UK orders over £200. The free postage option will automatically be selected when you come to the check out and the delivery charge will be deducted from your order. The free delivery offer applies to UK residents and to online orders only. No cash alternative will be given. The offer is subject to availability and Aquascutum has the right to amend, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Free European delivery offer applies to all European (excluding UK) orders over £200 including sale and full price products.

*European delivery currently services the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. All orders to the EU will be shipped using DPD and will require a signature on delivery. The order is usually delivered within 4-10 working days from dispatch. Free delivery will be applied at checkout.

What is the UK next day delivery service?

UK Next day delivery costs £8.00 per order and can be used for any delivery address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, the Highlands, Jersey, Gurnesy, Isle of Man, BFPO and PO box addresses). If your order is placed and your payment is processed before 12 noon Monday-Thursday, then it will be delivered on the following day. If your order is placed place after 12 noon it will not be dispatched until the following day and it will be delivered on the day after. For example if you place your order on Monday after 12 noon, your order will be delivered on Wednesday. If you place your order on Friday before 12 noon, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you would like your order to be delivered on a Saturday then please use the Saturday delivery service, not the next day delivery service. The cost for Saturday delivery service is £8.00.

 

What is the UK Saturday delivery service?

UK Saturday delivery costs £8.00 per order and can be used for any delivery address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, the Highlands, Jersey, Gurnesy, Isle of Man, BFPO and PO box addresses). To receive a Saturday delivery, your order must be placed and your payment accepted before 12 noon on the Friday before the Saturday of the delivery.

 

What is the UK store delivery service?

You can choose to have your online order delivered to the following Aquascutum stores free of charge: Canary Wharf (London), Westfield (London White City) and Windsor. The address details can be found in the Store Finder. This service usually takes between 3-5 working days (please note working days does not include weekends or bank holidays). When choosing this service at the checkout please pick the store you require from the drop down list. Please note this service is not available in all stores; the drop down menu gives the full list of stores that offer this service. Once your order arrives in your nominated store you will receive an email to confirm it is ready for collection. The store will keep your order for 14 days, and if it isn't collected within that time they will return it to customer services. To collect your order you will need to present a copy of your order acknowledgement or order collection email.

 

What is the EU delivery service?

EU delivery costs £15 and can be used for addresses in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden. All orders to the EU will be shipped using DPD and will require a signature on delivery. The order is usually delivered within 4-10 working days from dispatch (please note working days does not include weekends or bank holidays). The value of the goods ordered is inclusive of UK VAT, and we cannot refund any UK VAT charges.

What is the rest of the world delivery service?

Rest of the world delivery costs £30 and can be used for addresses in the following countries: Canada and United States of America. The order is usually delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch (please note working days does not include weekends or bank holidays). The value of the goods ordered is inclusive of UK VAT, and we cannot refund any UK VAT charges. The prices and delivery charge displayed on the website does not include any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable depending on the destination of the delivery. The recipient of the order is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on the order, and will need to pay these to the courier before the order can be delivered. It is possible that the delivery may be affected by customs and excise delays, and unfortunately Aquascutum cannot offer any assistance in this matter.

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a dispatch email confirming that your goods are on their way.

 

What if I need to change the delivery address?

If we have been unable to fulfil part of your order then we will attempt to inform you before the order is processed. However, if this has not been possible we will include an incomplete order form with the rest of your order advising on the missing item. How do I track my order?

All orders will have a parcel reference number that can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email. If you are having trouble tracking your order then please contact our customer services department via email at customer.servcie@aquascutum.co.uk or call +44 (0) 203 096 1852 (Mon-Fri 9.30am - 4.30pm UK time). At present, store orders cannot be tracked by a parcel reference, so if you have not received the collection email within 5 days of your order dispatch confirmation email then please contact customer services.

 

Does the parcel need to be signed for on receipt?

For security reasons we require all dispatched packages to be signed for on receipt of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier delivers, they may leave your package with a neighbour or will leave you a card so you can rearrange delivery or pick up from your local collection office. Please contact us should you require assistance with your delivery.

 

Can I get my order delivered to work?

Orders may be delivered to a work address of your choice. However, you should ensure that the work address is accessible to the courier and please be aware that if the parcel is signed for by reception it becomes your responsibility at that time.

 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

 

What do I do if I have received a faulty item or an item is missing from my delivery?
